Robert Theobald reports on the latest demonstration in London against the efforts of the bureaucratic elite to subsume Britain into one EU state.

Chatham House, London was recently the scene of a two day conference "Priorities and Objectives" 20th and 21st June 2005. This event was simply one of a great number sponsored by Chatham House and its 30 overseas branches since 1921. This conference was run by the EU-integrationist Federal Trust, sponsored by the University Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES) and was scheduled for the eve of Britain's presidency of the European Union, presumably with the idea of influencing ideas during that spell. Numbers of very usual suspects were amongst the speakers.

Those listed are a few of those who work more or less in the shadows to subsume Britain and other European Nations into one state, probably to be called the United States of Europe.

The biographies of academicians and bureaucrats expose how pursuit of the European Union Dream has inflated careers, whilst the British people have been denied a referendum throughout. How much taxpayers' money has been wasted on this Fabian political venture? The Conference covered the ratification process for the EU Constitution, which in reality died when France and Holland voted overwhelmingly 'NO'.

From the 1880's Fabians began to cautiously subvert the principles of representative government, with the result that the political class now frequently pooh-poohs the verdicts of democracy. Significant parts of the European Constitution are proposed for stealthy, incremental implementation, while a people's referendum appears off the agenda indefinitely.

The aim of the 'Trilateral Commission' born of a clique of Chatham House and the 'Council on Foreign Relations', is the federalisation of each of the American, European and Asian continents, leading on to world federation.

A considerable number of representatives from European and other Embassies, and from trans-national business were present at Chatham House on 21st June. For example, Tim Wilson of Accenture was registered as an attendee, whose company recently landed an up to $10 billion contract from the US Government for an Exit/Entry border control system. CAUTION ! MEN BREAKING UP BRITAIN
A small group of about 20 peaceful protesters of no affiliation or from various groups including Campaign for an Independent Britain (CIB), the Democracy Movement and UKIP were present outside Chatham House, St. James's Square, London on Tuesday the 21st June.

Protesters were aged from about 45 to 70, and well dressed. Our campaign theme was the death of the European Constitution caused by the referendum 'No' votes in France and Holland. The centrepiece of our props was a black coffin bearing the words R.I.P. European Constitution. Died 1st June 2005 which rested solemnly opposite the front door of Chatham House. Large 8'x4' placards read Chatham House where the EU Elite Meet to Cheat and Caution Men Breaking-up Britain the latter in 'road sign' format. A large banner (to the left of above picture) also said EU=Council on Foreign Relations=RIIA Chatham House=Tyranny.

Demonstrators handed a brief resume of the devious history and background of Chatham House and the Death Certificate of the EU Constitution to arriving conference attendees, plus the CIB leaflet The European Union, History's Greatest Deception which exposes some of the devious methods by which European integration has been furthered.

Chatham House is clearly unused to people taking exception to their semi-secret agenda of destroying representative government in Britain, Europe and throughout the world. Their long term aim is the replacement of genuine representative government by a bureaucratic elite working closely with big business and banking -- the long-term Fabian Socialist and Communist agenda. Chatham House was clearly rattled, massively over-reacting to the presence of a score of mature protesters by calling in the 'cavalry', which arrived post-haste and mob-handed from West End Central Police Station in the form of eight Metropolitan policemen, including a Superintendent, two 'paddy-wagons' and other police vehicles. All this to keep 20 peaceful oldsters in order!

The Royal Institute for International Affairs, its overseas satellites, and its spin-off Bilderberg conferences are characterized by the existence of an inner circle of initiates which, with an outer circle of associates, works continuously to influence, not always successfully, high profile government, bureaucratic, diplomatic and business contacts. Plainly not all the attendees were convinced by the Federal Trust /Chatham House's manipulative efforts, confirmed by some attendees who crossed the road to speak to us at coffee break. They were supportive of our stance and pleased to see us.

Metropolitan Police officers 'keeping order' conducted themselves correctly, with the exception of one, whom several witnesses observed manhandling one of our lady demonstrators. An official police enquiry has commenced into his conduct.
